Rapid Tech Trainee Program
This program is designed for Service Technician applicants who are not experienced Service Techs and have not participated in any formal training to become an agricultural Service Tech, such as a John Deere or BHC sponsored Student Tech Program. This program will assist new hires who are not familiar with John Deere products but have the tools to be successful as a Service Technician. Employees will dedicate a significant amount of time to learn how to become a John Deere Technician through JDU classes and hands-on experience in the shop during the program.

We're currently developing a program to help Parts Professional applicants who don't have any experience in a Parts Department - whether in the ag industry or general automotive industry. If you have excellent customer service skills and are willing to learn, you may qualify for this training program.
